Community Guidelines 

Welcome to Attorney Hero! 
This community was built for solos, small firm founders, and fearless lawyers who want a space that is supportive, not cutthroat. To keep it that way, we have a few ground rules. Think of this less like fine print and more like the hero’s code you agree to live by when you join the league. 

The Hero’s Code 

  1. Respect Your Fellow Heroes
  • No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks. 
  • Debate ideas, not people. 
  • If you wouldn’t say it face-to-face, don’t say it here. 
  1. Protect Confidentiality
  • No client names, details, or identifying information — ever. 
  • This is a place for support and learning, not breaking privilege. 
  1. Keep It Real
  • No fake accounts, no impersonation, no misleading claims. 
  • Be honest about who you are and what you know (and don’t know). 
  1. Share,Don’tSell 
  • Recommending a tool, book, or resource you’ve actually found helpful? Go for it. 
  • Cold pitching your services, products, or recruiting members? Not allowed. 
  • If your post reads more like a billboard than a conversation starter, it’s not a fit. 
  1. Stay Professional (But Human)
  • Humor is welcome. Sarcasm? Sure. 
  • Bullying, spam, or anything gross? Absolutely not. 
  • Remember — we’re here to connect, not compete. 
  1. No Legal Advice
  • Share your wisdom, experiences, and support. 
  • But nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship. This is peer-to-peer encouragement, not formal counsel. 

 

What Happens If You Break the Code 

  • Posts or comments that violate the Code may be removed. 
  • Members who repeatedly cross the line may be warned, suspended, or removed. 
  • In serious cases, accounts can be deactivated without notice. 

Why This Matters 

Attorney Hero exists so this community doesn’t have to go it alone. This only works if we all treat each other with respect, keep the space free of sales noise, and show up as the kinds of lawyers we want beside us in the trenches. 

So: bring your questions, your wins, your war stories, your “is it just me?” moments. And leave the bad behavior at the door.
